Versaras Role
Versarasis not a funder and does not have its own capital to invest. Versaras’role is as follows:
- Accessing capital sources keen to invest on a non-recourse basis against planning applications;
- Managing the funding process; working with the law firm and client to make the application for funding and liaising with the capital source;
- Liaising with insurers (if applicable);
- Advising on structures and pricing.
Versarasis paid by the capital source on deal conclusion. There is no up front or ongoing cost to the client or law firm.
